The Jayl House

Monday, September 28th, 2026 (5pm - 8pm)

The dust is beginning to settle, and the time is almost here. The House doors are officially set to open to our Founders @ 5pm, then the public at 6pm.

One night only. The first Jayl House reveal. A hard launch look at Jenesis revamped. The unveiling of the first Founders Wall. An opportunity to meet our founder, our team and ask questions.

This is a drop-in, RSVP only event. Limited availability.

10-15 minutes of heat. 1-4 minutes of cold. 10 minutes of stillness, community and reflection. Repeat.

That’s your cycle.
The science is clear: cortisol drops, dopamine spikes, deep sleep improves measurably for up to 72 hours.

The time has almost come. Official launch date announcement tomorrow⛓️

The doors are open. The Founding 50 is now public.

Ten names left before the wall is full.

Founding rate, locked in. Your name on the Founders Wall. First through the door on everything we build from here.

Books aren’t open for booking sessions yet, a refundable deposit is found under “Class Packages” and holds your place and comes off your first month.

When the ten are gone, the rate goes with them. Our House Memberships get offered next.

Waitlist members: check your inbox (and junk mail).

You have 48 hours left to lock in your Founding House membership before public sales open Wednesday.

This is your window. Secure one of our last few spots now.⛓

Founding House Members are the first fifty. Before anyone else.

What that means:
⛓ Your rate, locked for as long as you stay
⛓ Your name on the Founders Wall, permanent
⛓ A welcome gift and members-only merch
⛓ Founders-only events, for the life of your membership

Right now, the door is open to the waitlist only. Public memberships opening soon for those remaining. Follow us to stay updated on their official release⛓️

We’ve got pubs. We’ve got restaurants. We’ve got the same five places we rotate between every weekend.

The Jayl House is creating something else.

A space for people who take themselves seriously.
Their health.
Their energy.
Their conversations.
The company they keep.

Come for the cold, find your community. You’ll understand the rest when you walk in.⛓

Rome built it into the bathhouse. The Nordics built it into their week.

Heat. Cold. Breath. In that order — together, the way it was always meant to be done.

Not alone in your garage. In a space, with people who take this as seriously as you do.

This is what we’re building. Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we progress. ⛓

The Jayl House wasn’t created for the masses.

It’s built for the healthcare worker coming off their 12-hour shift.
The professional running on three hours of sleep.
The parent who hasn't had a quiet hour in months.
The serious athlete chasing a season that matters.
The business owner who wants their next meeting to happen somewhere that isn't a boardroom.
The person who wants to take their physical and mental health seriously.

I built it for the version of you that already knows you're capable of more — and has been waiting for somewhere in this city that takes that seriously.

⛓50 founders, then we begin. Waitlist in bio.

The people who move first are the ones who already know they want more.

The Jayl House is coming to Sault Ste. Marie this Fall 2026. A contrast therapy social house — cold plunge, sauna, breathwork, recovery lounge — built for the people in this city who take their health and wellbeing seriously.

50 founding memberships. That’s the total. Ever.

The first 50 lock in their rate forever, get their name on the Founders Wall, and never wait for a session again.

We haven’t opened the doors. But the waitlist is open right now. Find the link in our bio.⛓
