I am so thankful for each and every client that I have had in my home over the past 12 years. You have seen me through so many different chapters of my life & I’ve walked through so many of yours, with you. It has been truly an honour to have you in my chair❤️

This decision was not made lightly but today will be my last day in my hair studio. Our family has been through many changes in the past little while and as many of you know, I have been working hard on my nursing degree and I’m set to graduate THIS APRIL🙌🏽

I’m not sure where the past four years have gone but I’m looking so forward to this new opportunity for our little family’s future. I’ve decided to focus on my studies and offer hair cutting services on the side, in peoples homes if they’re interested (pandemic depending since we know restrictions change quickly). I also have a dear friend that has offered to take my clients so feel free to send me a message or call me for her info.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support over the years, this past chapter of my life will always be remembered fondly❤️❤️❤️

With restrictions, personal care services where face coverings can be worn at all times will now be allowed going into step 2 of Ontario’s Reopening plan this Wednesday, June 30th.

A reminder to everyone that these businesses have been closed for quite some time: Be patient, be kind.

One of my youngest clients is fighting for his life. Kayge Fowler was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumour. He and his family are in need. In need of a miracle. In need of prayer but also, in need of help. Next Saturday (June 16th) I will be working a full day in my shop and donating 100% of my earnings that day to them, tips included. I’m fully prepared to put in a solid 12 hours so get ahold of me ASAP for an appointment that day. Really, in the grand scheme of things, what is ONE day of my time/money when this beautiful boy and his wonderful parents have been at Sick Kids for weeks? I have known Mandy, Kayge’s mother for as long as I can remember. I have seen her and her family overcome battles that most people could never handle & they have used EVERY SINGLE ONE to push themselves forward, in a better direction.
This entire situation is heart wrenching. Every parents worst nightmare. Words just aren’t enough. It’s been wonderful to watch how our community has pulled together for this family. I hope that in some way, this small gesture will benefit their family and that maybe other people will do the same thing and donate financially, whatever they can. An hours wage, a days wage... every little bit helps. As of right now, I have about 1/2 of a day booked. I’d like to fill my day with AS MANY people as possible so, if you’re in need of a hair service get ahold of me for an appointment on June 16th.
