Life asks so much of our nervous systems. Whether you've been juggling work, caregiving, family, or simply carrying the weight of everyday life, this evening is an invitation to completely let go.

Join me for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath designed to help your body shift out of stress and into a state of rest, healing, and balance.

During this 90-minute experience you'll enjoy:
🌿 Gentle settling practices to help you arrive
🧘‍♀️ A guided Yoga Nidra (guided meditation while lying comfortably)
🎶 An immersive sound bath with soothing instruments
💛 Deep relaxation that supports your nervous system's natural ability to restore itself

No yoga experience is needed. There are no poses to master—simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to be supported.

Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply rested—as though they've had hours of restorative sleep.

I'm so excited to bring this unique 4-week outdoor yoga series to the Canal! 🌱

What if we learned to work with our bodies the way permaculture teaches us to work with nature?

To observe before acting.
To work with instead of force.
To value diversity.
To use small and sustainable solutions.
To creatively respond to change.

Over four weeks, I'll weave together beginner-friendly yoga, meditation, nature, and the principles of permaculture.

You don't need yoga experience.
You don't need to know anything about permaculture.

Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a little curiosity. 🌿
