Dental cleaning 🦷
Getting a professional cleaning before your whitening removes plaque, tartar & buildup that can block the whitening gel from working evenly ~ clean surface = more even, brighter results 🌟

Avoid staining foods 🍝☕
Foods like coffee, tea, tomato sauce & berries can leave pigments on your teeth. Avoiding them before your appointment helps reduce existing surface stains so your results come out beautifully~

Hydrate 💧
Hydrated teeth and gums help support a more comfortable whitening experience. Dry mouth & dehydration can increase sensitivity, so drink at least 2L of water before your appointment!

Avoid acidic foods 🍋
Citrus 🍋‍🟩 pop, vinegar based foods & other acidic items can temporarily weaken enamel and increase sensitivity during whitening. Avoiding them beforehand helps protect your teeth and improve comfort during the treatment!

Eat before your appointment 🍽️
After whitening, you’ll want to avoid eating for around 30 mins - 1 hour. Eating beforehand ensures you’re comfortable before, during and after the session!
