✨EXCITING NEWS, SAGE & MOON FAMILY✨
Sage & Moon Massage is expanding!! 🌙🤍
As many of you know, the clinic has been busy, and I haven’t been able to accept new clients for quite some time. I’m SO excited to finally be able to welcome another amazing Registered Massage Therapist to our team!
Please help us give a very warm welcome to our newest team member, Arielle! ✨🤍
Arielle graduated from MTCM in 2017 and has been practicing massage therapy ever since. She has continued her education with additional training in cupping, KT Tape, and IASTM, along with ongoing education in therapeutic massage techniques.
Arielle takes an individualized approach to every treatment, tailoring her techniques to each client’s unique needs and goals. She enjoys helping clients manage tension and discomfort, improve mobility, and support their overall well-being.
We are so excited to have her join the Sage & Moon team, and she’s looking forward to meeting both new and familiar faces! 🌿
✨ ARIELLE IS NOW ACCEPTING BOOKINGS! ✨

We hope you had an amazing spring break! We snuck away for a few days to .resort. If you have not slept under the stars we highly recommend it! This was everything we needed to pause, take life slower, have so much fun and have quality time together exploring which is one of our favourite things to do! We loved our camping trip and the sauna was totally a cherry on top.
UPDATED spot is filled
Last minute cancellation for 3:10pm today! March 12

Goodbye, 2025 🤍
This year stretched me, strengthened me, and reminded me why I do what I do.
So many incredible clients, meaningful conversations, healing moments, and growth — both personally and professionally.
Thank you to everyone who trusted me with your care, your time, and your stories. Every session mattered more than you know.
Here’s to closing this chapter with gratitude and stepping into the next season grounded, inspired, and ready for more ✨
See you in 2026.
Please stay safe out there. Since the highways are closed and most of you live outside of town I will be closing the clinic today.
Massage therapy- the original mood enhancer.
To All my wonderful clients, you inspire me everyday. How brave you are, how caring you are, the strength you have to show up for yourselves on those really hard days, I’m so proud you still come in and take time for you. I love to create space and time for you when life is low and sad, my arms and heart will hold you and listen. I’m also excited to hear about your beautiful life and all the wonderful moments that are happening. You all have such a special place in my heart. I get to experience this beautiful wild life with you and the peace it has given me, I hope I give that back to you. Your trust does not go unnoticed. So I hope you continue to find moments of peace, even in the little details of your life.
You’ve always been essential and never for get it not even for one second.
I know December can be a challenging month so if a pause brings you peace take it.
