What an amazing year 2022 has been. Throughout the year, I really focused on immersing myself into the chemical-free “crunchy” life. I’ve learned so much and continue to learn every day.

I’m genuinely so thankful for each and every person who has supported me on this journey. What started out as being obsessed with essential oils has turned into so much more. I can’t believe that I’m the homemade foaming handsoap, onions-on-feet, coconut oil pulling, herb loving momma 😂

Next up is homemade deodorant. Watch for it being added. I can’t wait to further my business this year.

Making sure this crazy sickness stays away from our house 🤧

Many of our loved ones are battling what seems to be a never-ending influenza.

Tonight I have all our diffusers going.

Peppermint and Lavender in my room while Brandon sleeps because he has a headache (… he didn’t drink near enough water today 🙄)

RC (known by many as “Respiratory Congestion “) in Rhett’s room to help make sure his little lungs stay clear!

I diluted Peppermint with fractionated coconut oil and rubbed it on Rhett’s feet then rubbed the leftovers on Brandon’s temples.

Thieves and RC is diffusing in my living room to combat the germs.

Now I know germs 🦠 are good for the immune system, but I’m one tired momma and don’t want to deal with flus right now 😴

I can make any diluted roller bottles with these oils. I have a few orders of Chest Rub and Decongestion Spray that I will be making tomorrow (I will be adding RC and Raven to each product as well!).

It’s a hard but necessary break up.

What are the steps you’ve taken towards a break up?

Many people I know are really sick right now 🤒

This weekend I made a couple Chest Rubs and decongestant sprays and delivered them to those who needed them.

Chest Rubs include local beeswax (from a friend in Fesserton), Shea butter, coconut oil infused with dandelions (dandelions foraged, dried and infused by me!), Tea Tree essential oil, Eucalyptus essential oil and Lavender essential oil 🌱

Decongestant sprays include Peppermint essential oil and Eucalyptus essential oil. This can be sprayed anywhere: directly on your chest, neck, or bedding 🛏️

Praying for health for everyone! 🙏

Remember there are so many chemical-free ways to heal from colds and flus (like eating tons of garlic cloves 😂)
