Love blonde
Nothing beats a good extension correction ☺️
This removal was so satisfying to watch after dealing with poorly installed tape-in wefts and significant matting. Huge shoutout to BLONDE SPECIALIST | YEG | JENNIFER for helping me carefully work through every section and get this client back on track.
Stay tuned for Part 2 to see the transformation. 👀
The difference is always in the finish 🤍
Brushed out curls with Curls Finishing Spray and Blowout Texture Spray for soft volume, texture, and lived-in movement 💁🏼♀️
Grey blending Blondie ✨
Foil by foil using Charcoal Lightener to soften the grow out, blend those greys, and keep her feeling bright blonde without the harsh root line.
Low maintenance blonde? Yes please. 🤍
Fun fact: the window guy did NOT leave water spots on the windows…
Prep my hair with me for photo shoot day using all my fave products for the perfect soft glam curls that actually hold 🤍
Layering:
• All In leave-in conditioner
• Violet Blowout Cream
• Trinity Protein Tonic
• Blowout Gel Mousse
• Reflect Gel
Finished everything off with Bassu Oil after blow drying for that smooth, glossy finish 🤍

Hey yall, I’ve shared bits and pieces about my current life as Delayne and Introverted Blonding, but I don’t think I’ve ever shared how I actually got into hair.
I’m a third generation hairstylist. My mom, my grandma, and my Baba all did hair before me. My grandma originally opened Town & Country Hair Fashions with her best friend and business partner, eventually passing the salon down to my mom. Hair has quite literally always been part of my life.
I started working at the salon halfway through grade 9 answering phones, cleaning, shampooing clients, and mixing colour. By grade 10 I officially became a registered apprentice hairstylist and started doing work experience through school. I ended up graduating 6 months early so I could start at MC College during what would’ve been my second semester of grade 12. I completed my apprenticeship and became a Red Seal hairstylist just before turning 19.
Like most hairstylists, I started by experimenting on mannequins before moving onto family, friends, friends parents… honestly anyone willing to let me touch their hair.
Ever since I was little, I loved watching my mom with her clients and seeing the confidence people walked out with after getting their hair done. That feeling stuck with me.
Now Introverted Blonding has become my own version of everything I grew up around — creating hair that makes people feel confident while building genuine relationships behind the chair.
Crazy to think it all started sweeping hair off the floor at my mom’s salon.
Prep my hair with me for a photo shoot 🦝
Starting with awaken shampoo and scrubbing twice because one wash is for removing dirt, oil, and product buildup… the second wash is what actually gets your hair actually clean.
Then conditioning with bassu + all in layered together for hydration, shine, and the smoothest finish before glam. 🤍
Us sitting blindfolded in the car: 😐
Kendal knowing she secretly booked us a full glam photo shoot day: 😌
She’s been planning this surprise for months and I genuinely cannot believe she pulled it off without one of us ruining it early. Although to be fair… she DID have to start adding fake stories because I was getting suspicious.
What followed was the best glam I’ve ever had, the funnest shoot day, and proof that the VF girls can turn literally anything into an experience.
At this point our photo shoots just keep getting better and more unhinged every time.
