Hey! Just a couple of updates regarding hours over the holidays and a price increase in the New Year!

After careful thought and consideration, I have decided to increase my rates by $5 as of June 1st. Thanks to all of my wonderful clients for your continued loyalty, support, and understanding.

The postpartum period is a profound time for moms who are changing physically and emotionally. Self-care is important!  Massage helps reconnect moms to themselves and bring awareness to their bodies.

Massage can help improve postural and structural function (especially from breastfeeding). Postpartum treatments can help reduce stress by calming the nervous system and promoting physical and emotional nurturing.

Special note: Moms are always welcome to bring little ones to treatment if childcare is unavailable to them.

Today Seaside Massage Therapy has been open for two months. We decided to use the space in our home in August and I started taking bookings on October 11th.  I did not expect to be so busy and we hit the ground running.  The support and response from the Sidney community has been overwhelmingly positive and I cannot express my appreciation enough.
Thanks again to the wonderful people of the saanich peninsula!

I would like to take a minute to introduce these two. This is my husband Paul and son Walter, you may have been greeted by them before or after your treatments. These two are essential to keeping my business going.  Paul often answers the phone, returns phone calls, helps with bookings, folds laundry, and has been a huge component in getting Seaside Massage Therapy up and running.  Walter, helps by helping me ‘clean’... aka, taking everything off the shelves and trying to eat the cords.😅
So thankful for their help and support and grateful I get to work and be close to them.

I love using P3 cream and incorporating into my treatments. 💆‍♂️
I will often use this product after working really deep into an area to help reduce any post-massage tenderness. P3 cream smells like mint which is the component that creates a cooling sensation on the skin and acts as a distraction to pain points. I use this product on clients who have muscle strains, ligament sprains, tight neck muscles from poor posture, muscle cramps, headaches, DOMS, arthritis and more.
