What a perfect way to start the year off with the cutest and fantastic workshop making our own products🫶🏻, delicious group lunch and what a gorgeous day for our Forest Walk. I think this is what inspired me to choose all pine/ spruce infusions.

The power of healing herbs.
I recently finished my 10 month Herbal Apprenticeship learning and working with herbs and plant medicine. I have expanded my knowledge and love for plant medicine.
I incorporate this into all my treatments. Holistic esthetics isn’t just a trend for me, but a way of life. Deeply ingrained in my DNA and how I live my life.
This recent study adds to my approach and compliments my Holistic Nutrition Diploma that I took over a decade ago.
