Don’t Ice, Walk it Off! You need to STOP using ice on injuries and sore muscles.

The diaphragm is the main muscle that powers breathing. Shaped like a dome, it separates the chest cavity from the abdomen. When it contracts, it flattens — pulling air into the lungs. When it relaxes, it rises — pushing air out. Beyond breathing, it also plays a role in posture and stabilizing the core. Based on SciePro’s 3D anatomy models.
