Important Booking Policy Reminder – Chanelle & Kelsey

We’d like to remind all clients that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy, including the applicable cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice is provided.

Late cancellations and missed appointments leave us with very little opportunity to fill your reserved appointment time. As a small business, that appointment time is how we earn our income, and last-minute cancellations directly impact our ability to cover our expenses. It also prevents another client from booking that time.

Effective immediately, all appointments with Chanelle must be booked online through our booking link and require a valid credit card on file. If a valid credit card is not added to your account, you will not be able to book an appointment.

We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our time and our business. Thank you for helping us continue to provide quality services locally.
