Regarding the Fall/Holiday Look catalogue, Mary Kay identified a one-time issue that resulted in some catalogues being sent with incorrect Consultant information, customer information, and/or language preferences.

The issue has been fully resolved, and additional safeguards have been put in place to prevent it from happening again.

Importantly, your personal information and customer relationship have not been transferred to another Independent Beauty Consultant. This was strictly a catalogue mailing issue and did not result in customers being reassigned or moved between Consultants.

The Company sincerely apologizes for any confusion this caused. I value the relationship we have built and look forward to continuing to support your beauty and skincare needs.
