Soul Therapy Wellness Spa

🍁 Something new is coming to Soul Therapy Wellness Spa...

I’ve just brought samples of a new line of Canadian-made skincare, aromatherapy, and essential oil blends, and before they become part of my regular menu, I want to experience them alongside a small group of clients first.

Introducing the Canadian Discovery Facial ✨ Same experience as my Ultra Deluxe Organic Facial, but featuring these new, locally-made products. I’ll be gathering feedback along the way, so you’re not just a client, you’re part of the process.

Spots are limited. Ask me about it at your next visit, or send a message to book. 🌿

Reflexology truly benefits everyone 🥰👣

👣✨ Reflexology: More Than Just a Foot Rub ✨👣
Think reflexology is only about feet? Think again. 😉
Reflexology can be applied to the feet, hands, ears, and face, helping support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing throughout the body. 💚
It's no wonder celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Aniston, and David Beckham have all spoken positively about reflexology.
🌿 Reduced stress
😴 Better sleep
💆 Relief from tension and discomfort
✨ A chance to reconnect with your wellbeing
As Marie Claire highlights, reflexology offers benefits that go far beyond what many people expect.
💬 With a skilled therapist, reflexology becomes more than a treatment — it's a whole person wellness experience.
