I need to talk about Thai Foot Reflexology for a minute.

When I first introduced it, I thought people would enjoy it.

What I didn't expect was how many clients would leave saying things like:

✨ "That was amazing."
✨ "I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my feet."
✨️ "I can't feel my feet... in a good way! They usually always hurt!"
✨ "You only worked on my feet, how did so many other things improve too?"
✨ "When can I book that again?"

Our feet work hard every single day, yet they're often one of the most overlooked parts of the body.

Thai Foot Reflexology combines deep relaxation with focused techniques designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and surprisingly relaxed.

The feedback so far has been incredible, and I'm so excited to continue offering it. 👣💛

Available appointments this week:
• Tuesday daytime & evening
• Wednesday evening

Future you will probably thank you.

You know those things you keep meaning to do for yourself?

Book the appointment.
Drink more water.
Stretch more often.
Take the break.
Slow down for an hour.

They tend to stay on the list while we prioritize everything else.

One of the most common things I hear after a treatment is:
"I should have done this sooner."

As this week wraps up, there are still a few daytime opportunities available next week.

And for those looking for evening appointments, booking ahead is recommended as evening availability is becoming increasingly limited. 💛

We ask a lot from our bodies.

We expect them to keep up with long days, busy schedules, family responsibilities, work demands, workouts, hobbies, road trips, and everything else life throws at us.

And most of the time, they do.

But supporting your body shouldn't only happen when something hurts.

Regular massage can be a great way to maintain mobility, address areas of tension before they become bigger issues, and simply invest in your overall wellbeing.

There are still daytime appointments available this week if you've been meaning to get yourself booked in. ✨

June has a way of disappearing.

One minute we're making summer plans and the next we're wondering where the month went.

Between vacations, kids' activities, work schedules, yard projects, and trying to enjoy the nice weather, it can become surprisingly difficult to find time for ourselves.

One thing I've learned is that if we don't intentionally schedule care for ourselves, it often doesn't happen.

Whether you're preparing for a busy summer or simply trying to stay ahead of the chaos, now is a great time to get on the schedule.

Daytime appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday this week, while evening spots are becoming very limited and are beginning to book into next week. ☀️💛

What if rest wasn't something you had to earn?

What if taking care of yourself wasn't the reward at the end of a hard week?

What if it was simply part of maintaining your health?

So often we push self-care to the bottom of the list until everything else is finished.

The truth is, there will always be another task, another errand, another responsibility waiting.

Taking care of yourself doesn't have to wait until everything else is done.

I still have availability next week if you'd like to start your next week feeling a little more refreshed and a little less depleted. ✨

When was the last time you checked in with yourself?

Not your calendar.
Not your to-do list.
Not your inbox.

Your body.

How are you sleeping?
How's your energy?
How's your posture?
How are those shoulders feeling?

Many of us spend so much time taking care of responsibilities that we stop paying attention to what our bodies are asking for.

Sometimes all it takes is an hour of intentional care to reconnect with what you need.

Appointments are widely available this week if you've been meaning to book but haven't found the time yet. 💛

Not all tension comes from stress.

Sometimes it's from spending all weekend in the garden.
Running after kids.
Long drives.
Camping trips.
Sports tournaments.
Home projects.
Trying to fit an entire summer into two days.

The things we enjoy can still be hard on our bodies.

Massage therapy isn't only for injuries or high stress periods—it can also help support recovery from the activities that keep us moving and doing the things we love.

My schedule is fairly open this week and I'd love to help you feel your best heading into summer. ☀️💛

There’s tired… and then there’s “my body genuinely needs a reset” tired.

The kind where your shoulders ache, your brain feels foggy, your patience is low, and even resting doesn’t fully recharge you.

A stressful week doesn’t just affect your mind — your body carries it too.

Sometimes slowing down for an hour is exactly what your nervous system has been asking for.

Currently booking into next week ✨

You shouldn’t have to hit burnout before slowing down.

So many people wait until they’re completely exhausted before finally giving themselves permission to rest or recover.

But preventative care matters too.

Taking care of your body before stress turns into pain, tension, headaches, or exhaustion can make such a difference — physically and mentally.

Massage therapy can be part of that care 💛

Daytime appointments are still available this week, while evening spots are becoming very limited.

Your body adapts to stress… until it can’t.

Most people don’t notice how much tension they’ve been carrying until the headaches start, sleep feels off, or their shoulders feel permanently tight.

Stress has a quiet way of building up physically over time.

Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about giving your body and nervous system a chance to slow down, recover, and reset before burnout hits full force.

Evening appointments are becoming limited, but daytime availability is still open this week ✨
