I would like to send out a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to our Justice for Ares toy drive! I had the privilege of going to drop off this box of donated toys last night. Also to see the impact of people coming together for a common goal. I am honoured to be part of such a great community.

It’s our last week of the Justice for Ares toy drive promotion!!

Please join us in collecting toys to honour a young life lost to soon. All donations are going to the Zebra Centre a frontline support organization for abused children and youth across Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Although Ares is remembered every day by his family, us the Vita Sana family along with UBAKA
(Urban Bulldogs Against Kids Abuse) would like to keep his smile alive by blessing children whose spirits need lifted.

I have officially been part of the Vita Sana family for one year!!!
As I sit and reflect on the last year, I can not help be anything but grateful!!

Grateful to be part of such an amazing group of women, who are working towards a better, healthier and happier future.

Grateful to have made it through this year healthy and even better in much better health not only physically but mentally and spiritually.

BUT mostly Grateful for every body that I have had the pleasure of working with this year.

With all this gratitude flowing I can think of no better time to launch my
GROW WITH GRATITUDE board, I designed this board to show and share gratitude. With cards for you to leave something you are grateful for, but I also encourage you to take and keep or share the cards as a daily reminder to be grateful.

I know sometimes finding things to be grateful for can seem really hard. These cards are meant to be reminders of things (big and small) to be grateful for.

2022 brings with it so much potential for healing. Not only physical healing but mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

For this I personally am so very excited!!

Warming oil just in time for this cold weather! For years the smell of Japanese mint oil has been the scent in and around my treatment room. I’ve always seen a decrease in clients asking for it in the colder months however. So I came up with a solution of my own… a blend of essential oils to add a slight warmth to your treatment!
Plus it smells fantastic if you ask me!

Photography is a passion of mine it’s also why I’ve been so absent… that and some projects that will be coming your way in the next few weeks!!

Self care is so important, even more so now!! I’m trying to get better at practicing what I preach by self care. Thank you Katie for taking such good care of me today!!
