Lately we’ve been seeing a big increase in last minute cancellations and rescheduling, and we just wanted to gently speak on it for a moment.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside just for you. Our technicians are commission based, so when appointments are moved or cancelled within 24 hours, it often leaves us with empty spots that can’t be filled, directly impacting their income and our day.

We completely understand that life happens and things come up (we’re human too), but we kindly ask that appointments be booked at times you feel confident you can keep 🤍

Moving forward, we’ll be a bit stricter with our 24 hour policy to help protect our team’s time and ensure fairness for everyone.
We appreciate you all so much and thank you for continuing to respect our time the same way we respect yours ✨
