✨ Important Update Regarding Foreign Lash Fills ✨

After a lot of consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue foreign lash fills (fills on lash extensions applied outside of Aesthetic Attraction Studio).

This decision was not made lightly. Over time, we’ve seen a growing number of clients coming through our doors with lash work that unfortunately does not meet the application and safety standards we stand behind. In many cases, we are unable to ethically perform a fill because adding to improperly applied extensions can risk the health of your natural lashes and potentially your eye health as well.

As professionals, we have a responsibility to put lash integrity and client safety first. While we always do our best to accommodate, foreign fill appointments often require a full removal and fresh set rather than a standard fill. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve extended appointment times on a “just in case” basis, and this has increasingly led to frustration and disappointment for clients when we’re unable to meet their expectations.

This is not intended to criticize other businesses or artists. Esthetics remains an unregulated industry in our province, and with that comes a wide range of training, experience, and application standards. We’ve simply reached a point where we need to make the decision that best protects our clients, our staff, our standards, and the quality of work we stand behind.

Moving forward, clients with lash extensions done elsewhere will require a removal and full set appointment.
