With a heavy heart, I have to announce my current building is being taken over by new owners, which means it’s time for the next chapter!

I’m currently looking at a few studio options and looking for a studio mate to share a downtown location.

• Esthetician
• Makeup artist
• Lash/Brow artist
• Other beauty/wellness professionals

An ideal candidate would be:

✨ Clean & respectful of shared space
✨ Friendly and collaborative (still loves their independence!)

With all this being said, my options are limited right now (renting in downtown st.johns is a nightmare on the best of days) so i’m calling out to my lovely community on any leads in the downtown area. I’m looking for a calm, welcoming environment where I can both grow my businesses.
