It’s this time of year that I get beyond sentimental and appreciative of my amazing ladies who have stuck with me through all these years.
Some of you have been with me over a decade and many of you are not far off that. You’ve seen me through more life changes than one would think is humanly possible. You’ve followed me to new locations and supported me through all my ups and downs. Your loyalty to my business and to our friendship has never wavered and you’ve become some of my best friends on this entire planet.
My newer clients are no less amazing, creating memories and laughing and crying together makes me so lucky to be getting to know such beautiful souls.
It sometimes blows my mind to think we never would have crossed paths had it not been for me being your nail tech and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be close to as happy or fulfilled without you wonderful people I’ve been lucky enough to meet along the way.
As I come to the end of my FOURTH (yes, you read that right) year at Kalon Beauty & Glow I am still beyond grateful that a small little salon of just 5 at the time took a chance on my basement salon and gave me the privilege of joining the most amazing team I have ever been a part of and I am so lucky we have been able to grow together each year.
To be surrounded by such extraordinary women in my day to day life has been nothing short of empowering. I cannot thank you all enough, and I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for us all 🥰

Ladies,

As most of you know I will be sipping fancy drinks on a Caribbean cruise (not bragging or anything lol) from October 8-20th ☀️🍹

I am now completely booked up until November! IF you are a REGULAR client and do not have anything booked for October then shoot me a message and I will tryyyyyy to rearrange my schedule accordingly.

In the meantime, any cancelled appointments cannot be rescheduled. Please do not ask me to get someone to switch with you, that’s added stress on my plate that I do not need.

Remember, I have nearly 100 clients. Between now and the time I leave I will be working endless days with back to back clients, inhaling nail dust and bathing in glitter. Please remember in this industry we may not schedule ourselves a lunch break (applies to all your service providers). If you arrive early please please please wait in the waiting area and do not walk on in my room. It doesn’t matter how tight we are, I don’t want you watching me eat and listening to me chew and I might just need a second to catch my breath.

Finally, do not blow up my phone. Just don’t. Imagine 100 people blowing up your phone regularly. I can’t answer it when I’m at work, both hands are in use. Give me 24-48 hours to respond. After 48 if I don’t get back to you I welcome a friendly reminder. And on weekends I’m not replying, period. It’s the weekend, I’m with my kid, I need a break, and I’m not thinking about work.

Oh and lastly, from October 3 onward we will be listening to nothing but the new Taylor Swift album 🧡

If you need a nail appointment and I can’t help you, for the love of god do not go to “those” nails places. I will not take you back as a client. Message or call the lovely girls at kalonbeautyandglow and they will take care of you! 🩷
