Cottage has the following rooms: great room (kitchen and living room) with cathedral ceiling, four-piece bathroom (with hair dryer), two ground-floor bedrooms (two double beds), loft family room/bedroom (two single beds), mudroom/laundry, private storage basement, shed, patio-door to sun deck, and screened-in, covered porch. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with: central air-conditioning, gas heating, 47" satellite television with 3D/blu-ray/DVD video player, free wireless Internet, telephone (free local calls), electric fireplace, propane barbecue, patio furniture, firepit, washer/dryer, water softener, microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, lobster pot, dishes and utensils.
