"Will I die?"

We surprisingly get this question often. No, you will not die. 😂

While indoor cycling is a heart pumping, cardio workout, safety is our #1 priority. We ALWAYS encourage our riders to take breaks when needed, give options for all experience levels, and remind you that you are in control the entire class!

Mimosas, pancakes, prizes and spin?...Count me in! 🙋‍♀️🙋

We're about 2 weeks away from our Beauty, Bikes & Brunch fundraiser in support of Southeast Cancer Support Services

Basically, on Saturday, October 3rd, we transform Smitty's Steinbach into one big party. All you have to do is bring a donation and sign up for one of our FREE 35 minute spin classes at 9, 10, 11 or Noon. Following your class, enjoy some refreshments and cheer on your fellow riders.

This is a great opportunity to try out spin for the first time, or get back onto the bike for a great cause if it's been a while since you've rode!

📝To sign up: Download the Warehouse App (linked in our bio). “Purchase” a FREE Charity Ride and use this pass to book into one, two, or all classes if you’d like!

We hope to see you there!

🍂 Fall is your sign to get back on the bike.

Fall is the perfect time to get back into spin because:
✨ routines are coming back
✨ cooler weather makes moving feel better
✨ your calendar is filling up again
✨ and honestly, you deserve an hour that’s just for you

Bring a friend and book your classes for the month of September!

✨ Join us on Saturday, October 3rd for “Beauty, Bikes, & Brunch” in support of Southeast Cancer Support Services ✨

🌼 more exciting partnerships and details to come!

If you have any questions, or want to know how you can get involved, don’t be afraid to send a DM OR email [email protected]

We hope to see you there!

First time?

If you just signed up for your first class at Warehouse, here are some things that might be helpful to know!

1️⃣ Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can get you set up with shoes and have the instructor go over proper bike setup/grab equipment and get you comfortable in the space
2️⃣ Bring lots of water as we don't have a water fountain. We have bottled water available for purchase for $1.00.
3️⃣ We have lockers available to put all of your personal items in.
4️⃣ It usually takes a few classes to get comfortable, we don't expect anybody to be an expert right away and we always encourage you to go at your own pace and take breaks as needed.

❓Questions? Our inbox is always open -so ask away!
