I've never wanted to build 'just another salon.' I've always wanted to build something people could truly feel. A place where women could walk in feeling overwhelmed and leave feeling like themselves again. A place where young stylists could learn, grow, and feel supported instead of being thrown into the deep end. A place where our community could shop local, embrace clean beauty, and know they're being cared for with intention. Motherhood has only strengthened that vision. My son reminds me every day why I'm so passionate about building something meaningful. I want him to grow up seeing that you can work hard, lead with kindness, invest in people, and still make time for the moments that matter most. It's about making a difference one guest, one stylist, one relationship at a time. If Mane West can leave people feeling more confident, more valued, and more inspired than when they arrived, then I know we're doing exactly what we set out to do.
