Yup. I’m still in love with Lash Lifts and Tints! ❤️

1. A really good lash lift takes a LOT of skill.
Honestly, I’d argue more skill than lash extensions. With extensions, a lot can be hidden. A set can look amazing from the front and still be an absolute disaster up close. Lash lifts? No hiding. A great lift is obvious. A bad lift is very obvious.
2. There’s a huge room for error.
Lash lifts are a chemical process. Period. I don’t care if it’s “Korean” (don’t get me started) or traditional TGA — it’s still chemistry. Knowing exactly what’s in the products, how they process, and how they interact with your lashes matters. One extra minute, the wrong shield, wrong product, wrong timing… and suddenly we’re all staring at a regrettable situation.
3. Your first lash lift might be underwhelming.
And that’s not always a bad thing. Just like colouring your hair, your first appointment tells me how your lashes respond. I’ll always lean cautious with new clients because keeping your natural lashes healthy matters more than overprocessing them for a dramatic result on day one.
