🌾✨ Happy Lughnasadh & Happy First of the Month! ✨🌾

Today we welcome Lughnasadh (Lammas), the first harvest festival of the Wheel of the Year—a sacred reminder that every seed we plant, whether in our gardens, our hearts, or our dreams, eventually has the opportunity to bloom.

As we step into a brand-new month, take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come. Even if your harvest doesn’t look exactly as you imagined, there is always something to be grateful for.

A few magical ways to honour this beautiful day:

🌻 Bake or share fresh bread as a symbol of abundance and gratitude.
🌾 Leave a small offering to the Earth, such as herbs, seeds, flowers, or birdseed.
🕯️ Light a gold, yellow, or orange candle and give thanks for the blessings already in your life.
🌿 Create a small harvest altar with wheat, sunflowers, apples, herbs, or seasonal flowers.
🔮 Charge your crystals in the morning sunlight to welcome the warmth and abundance of the season.
✨ Blow a pinch of cinnamon through your front door while setting an intention for abundance, prosperity, success, and opportunity to flow into your home throughout the month.
📖 Write down everything you’ve accomplished this year and set your intentions for what you’d like to harvest before autumn arrives.
🔥 Gather around a bonfire or light a candle and release anything that no longer serves your highest path.

May this first harvest remind you that abundance isn’t measured only by what you hold in your hands, but by the love you’ve shared, the lessons you’ve learned, and the courage you’ve shown along the way.

Wishing you a month filled with gratitude, prosperity, courage, and magic.

🌾 Blessed Lughnasadh!

Blessings,
Mystic Mana💜

Beltane is one of the most magical nights of the year 🌸🔥 It's celebrated on April 30-May 1 and represents the start of the lighter half of the year.

It is a fire festival of fertility, protection, beauty, and wild creative life force. And, for modern pagans and witches, It’s the perfect time for love magic, abundance work, and celebrating the return of warmth and light.

If you’re building a Beltane altar, decorating for the holiday, or just want to align with the energy, here are the correspondences. Save this for your Beltane prep.

🌿 Herbs: Mint, yarrow, thyme, mugwort, vanilla, red clover, cinnamon

🌸 Flowers: Rose, daisy, lilac, marigold, cowslips, elderflower, jasmine

🍯 Foods: Honey, mead, grilled meats, bannock, caudle, strawberries, cherries, dairy

🎨 Colors: Red, green, pink, yellow, white, lavender, gold

🦋 Animals: Swans, doves, swallows, cows, bees, butterflies

💎 Crystals: Yellow jasper, citrine, rose quartz, carnelian, amber

🔥 Symbols: Maypole, bonfires, fairies, flower crowns, handfasting

*Beltane is also celebrated at the midpoint between the Spring Equinox (Ostara) and the Summer Solstice (Litha), which is typically around May 5 or 6.

What are you adding to your altar this year? 🌺 You can find more details about the symbols and how to celebrate here: https://www.pagangrimoire.com/what-is-beltane-celebrate/
