Create&Cultivate-Wellness with Catie

🍂 If you feel like you’re constantly responding to everyone and everything around you… this is for you.

If you’re always responding…
To the text message.
The kid who needs something.
The dishes.
The work.
The appointment.
The next thing.
The next thing.
The next thing.
And now you realize…
when was the last time I actually checked in with me?

Not what I should be doing.
Not what everyone else needs.
What I need.

Return to Self is a free 45-minute mini experience I’m hosting for exactly this reason.

We’re going to slow down.
Come into the body.
Notice what’s actually there.
Journal.
Listen.
And create some space to reconnect with ourselves.
You don’t have to add another thing to your life.
This is an invitation to pause.

🌸Return to Flow🌸 is a two-week guided experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, slow down, become more aware of your body and inner experience, and create more moments of peace and presence in your everyday life.
And if you want to continue deeper, Embodied Flow follows it, helping you take that awareness into movement and actually embody what you’re learning.
You can start with Return to Flow on its own, continue into Embodied Flow, or join the membership if you’re ready to make this an ongoing practice.
If this sounds like the season you’re in, the link is in my bio, or DM me what you’re going through and I can help you navigate!✨💜
