Hello everyone! As some of you know I’ll be away in September. If you’re hoping to book before I leave I’d suggest booking now. If you can’t find a spot, please reach out and I can see what I can do! While away I’ll try my best to answer emails as often as possible. With that being said, my booking app has been opened up until the end of the year and you’re more than welcome to book online. People often ask, “Don’t you get sore, what do YOU do for homecare?” Well…one of my main go-to’s is Halfmoon’s, ‘Natural Cork Massage Ball Trio’.
These balls work beautifully together to help decrease tension and maintain what we work on in treatment. They come in a set of three different sizes which are ideal for targeting different body areas. The small ball works perfectly for doing self massage on the neck or aching feet! The larger two are great for working around the shoulder blades and along the spine. These
self-healing tools are definitely a worthwhile addition to your homecare routine!

✨Happy International Women’s Day! Today, is a beautiful day of unity, celebration, reflection, and advocacy. This year I’d personally like to focus on Period Equity. Did you know that a box of period products cost up to $40 in some northern Indigenous communities here in Ontario? is a great organization that is volunteer based, they partner with 55 Indigenous communities across Ontario to supply people who menstruate with free period products. This year I will be holding a collection drive for menstrual products to donate to Moon Time Sisters! More about this will be shared in the coming weeks. Lastly I’d like to shoutout all the amazing women I have the pleasure of treating as well as working with at ✨
