Meet our new PSW Mikayla, currently accepting new clients

What I really appreciated about Mikayla in our interview was her view on dementia care - finding out what the reason is for any change in behaviour and keeping clients engaged.

When asked what she looks forward to most for home care she said keeping clients at home for as long as possible

Mikayla is able to provide PSW services, companionship, drives to appointments or for 1:1 programs in the community.

Today the group made chocolate chip cookies to go with their tea as well as chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake bars!

It is the last week to buy pie and / or donuts the order goes in at the end of the week. Let me know if you'd like anything - I can drop off in St. Marys, Stratford and Mitchell - pies will get dropped off on the 13th for Stratford and 14th for Mitchell and St. Marys unless I have enough time to drop off the evening of the 13th - if you have purchased a pie / donut and have not paid yet please send an etransfer to [email protected] thanks!

Our subsidized programs are ending in September and we are hoping to keep them going until the New Year. We are running an Anna Mae's Pie and Donut Fundraiser all the money raised will go back into the programs to keep them subsidized.

Please let me know if you want any pie or donuts and please let family or friends know that have a sweet tooth!

Yesterday our community outing group took advantage of the beautiful weather and went to the Bru Garden.

Thank you so much to our business sponsors for making this a subsidized program for our clients to enjoy

Yesterday we had a great time at Black Creek Flower Farm if looking for a bouquet check them out!

We are looking forward to going back in the evening on a Thursday for their live music

Our team is expanding so we are currently able to accept new clients looking for PSW support or Recreation / Companionship. If you know of someone looking for some support we would love to help out

The availability is Monday - Friday days with some evening availability.
