This beautiful sunrise was taken a little before 8 this morning from our kitchen window. Just over two hours later, the view has completely changed—yet it is still just as beautiful.

Nature has a gentle way of reminding us that change is inevitable, but beauty can always be found if we choose to look for it. We can focus on what we wish was different, or we can pause, breathe, and appreciate the moments unfolding right in front of us.

Perception truly is everything. When we open our hearts to gratitude, even the smallest moments can feel extraordinary.

Two completely different views in the same morning… both equally beautiful. A reminder that sometimes all that needs to change is the way we choose to see it. 💜

There is so much power in this simple, yet sometimes overlooked, practice.

No matter what kind of day you’ve had, there is always something to be grateful for. Even on the hardest days, there are small moments of good that might have gone unnoticed at the time.

Take a few moments at the end of each day and reflect on the day you had. Allow yourself to focus ONLY on the positive. Write down 10 things you are grateful for that happened for you that day. You will be amazed at what happens.

This is such an incredible and easy tool to instantly shift your mood. You are unable to be sad or angry at the same time as being grateful and happy-your heart simply won’t allow it.
It doesn’t mean upsetting times won’t come your way, but when those times do happen, this practice makes it easier to navigate those feelings. When you choose to look at all the things to be grateful for it allows the rest to fall away.

Tonight, take your pen to paper and see what a difference it makes. Thinking it is one thing, but writing it down and seeing it is a whole other FEELING. You can also take some time during your day to do this. Try it whenever you need a little energy shift — the more you practice, the easier it becomes to notice the good all around you.

Always end your day with gratitude. You will feel the difference- and so will everyone around you. 💫

A simple process that allows you to send someone a special gift anytime, from anywhere directly to them via email.

Just click the link in the bio, and you will be directed to the page where you will choose the $ amount you would like to send and the style of gift card. Enter your name, email and a message (if you like) where prompted and the recipients name and email.

Keep in mind:

▫️There are 2 different ecard links in the bio. One to direct you to the link to purchase a gift card for the service to be used with Kendra and one to purchase to be used with Desiree.
Be sure to click on the correct link if you know who the recipient sees for their services (Kendra or Desiree)

▫️️The gift cards are available in $ amount, not a specific service. So keep in mind hst when you are choosing the amount. For example..A classic pedi is $57 +tax, which is $64.41.

▫️You can choose the amounts already shown or choose your own amount. At the moment, any gift card purchased in the amount of $200 and above will receive 10% off.

▫️This is not a tangible gift card. This is sent via email. Physical gift cards are still available to purchase in store.

▫️Be sure to enter the correct emails. The gift is sent via email, so if the recipients email is not correct, it will not be sent to them.

▫️We will need the email, barcode or 16 digit code when the gift is being redeemed. Without this, we will not be able to process the transaction, and therefore, they will not be able to use the gift card.
