This quote hit home after this week (and weekend) at work. My human side came out and broke me a little — there’s so much that needs attention, and I’ve done all I can with what I’ve been given.

I can see the big picture, but a lot is above my pay grade. I’ve done reports, accountability, feedback, suggestions, collaboration requests… all of it. I tried to stay calm, share my “this isn’t my situation to control” attitude with my peers — but this weekend, I broke.

And then… boom. I went full “Ginger Mode” 🔥 watching a small spark turn into flames. If it’s not addressed soon, it could become a full fire — frustrating, because there’s still so much opportunity for growth.

The hardest part? Feeling like I broke a promise to my team. I said this changeover would be smoother, easier — and it wasn’t. When I shared my disappointment, my team reminded me they see my effort and know it’s out of my control. That cracked open a window for me — a little light (and air) to step out of my head.

So here’s my takeaway: open a window, breathe, and let them handle what they can. Be there to help if needed, but no judgment, no “I told you so.” Control your responses, be present, and act with care.

Still human. Still Ginger. Still learning. ❤️‍🔥

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving, my gluten-free friends! 🍁

So someone asked if Campbell’s soup is safe for people with celiac… and let’s just say, that answer’s about as clear as gravy without cornstarch. 😅

Here’s the scoop:
👉 Most Campbell’s soups are NOT certified gluten-free. That sneaky yeast extract can come from barley or brewer’s yeast — a big ol’ nope if you’ve got celiac. 💣

BUT they do have a small Gluten Free Condensed Soup line, including:
🥣 Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom
🍗 Gluten Free Cream of Chicken

Those are the only Campbell’s cans that play nice with gluten-free guts and you can have dairy. 🙌

Me? I stick with Imagine soups — clean ingredients, rich flavor, and zero gluten guessing games. 🥣✨

Other solid gluten-free soup brands:
🌿 Progresso
🍅 Amy’s Kitchen
🥕 Pacific Foods

So before you dump that can into your casserole today, check that label twice — because nobody wants a Thanksgiving plot twist involving gluten. 😂

May your turkey be juicy, your stuffing be safe, and your soup be Imagine-ably good! 💛

Sometimes it feels like all the good work of leaders like Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, and Tutu is being buried under the noise. Media today amplifies anger and hate, and it spreads faster than wildfire.

I worry about the younger generation. They’ve grown up with nonstop comparison and negativity, and it’s heavy. At times it looks like weakness, but maybe it’s just the weight they’re carrying.

Still, history reminds me that times of division often spark movements of courage and change. Not every young person is lost — many are quietly leading in ways that don’t make headlines.

The seeds of hope and compassion aren’t gone. They’re just buried under the noise, waiting for us to water them again. Maybe it starts small, with how we treat each other and what we choose to amplify.
