We are home! Everything looks good here, thanks the amazing firefighters and the hardworking people from the Summerland Municipality. No smoke damage. Lots of ash outside and a few ginormous zucchini. We are still on evacuation alert but are safe for now.
Thank you everyone for your generous invitations to stay in your homes, or park our motorhome in your driveway ( and there were many!). It means a lot.
Now we are back to business as usual.

In the early hours of Saturday, August 8th, we were evacuated from our home in Summerland because of the Bald Range forest fire. Our situation is good. We are safe and comfortable, staying in our motorhome in a campground with hot showers, hiking trails, a swimming area and good drinking water. We are lucky and grateful for what we have. Amazing people are working tirelessly, 24/7 to make sure our town is safe to come home to.
We don't know when we will be able to return but until I can get home to access my products, I will be unable to set up at the Penticton Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.
My apologies to everyone for the inconvenience. Stay safe everyone.

And we all know what that means: when Spring arrives...the Markets follow.
The first outdoor Penticton Market of the 2026 season will be in the 100 block Main St, (and don't forget Link Road too!)
on Saturday, April 18, 8:30-1:00.
We are making soap (so much soap!) moisturizing creams, deodorants, lotions, shampoos, etc. We are organizing bins and containers and printing labels.
Busy time here and I am excited to get back to the Market.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

We have two more Farmer's Markets to go for the 2025 season. The last market will be on October 25th.
I will be unable to attend the Winter Farmer's Markets in Cherry Lane Mall this year. (But many of your favourite vendors will be there with lots of Christmas ideas so be sure to go.)
You are welcome to come to my home to pick up any products that you may need after October 25th and until the markets start again in April.

We are back from an amazing holiday and are busy making products for the Saturday, September 20, Penticton Farmer's Market. If you can't make it to the market, you can pick up your products at my house, as before, or order online. My website is open again.
We will be at the Penticton Farmer's Market until the end of October and hope to be at the Christmas Markets in Cherry Lane.

Hi everyone, I hope your summer is going well!
I am just letting everyone know that we will be closed from August 17-September 19. (I will be at the Penticton Farmer's Market every Saturday until August 16 and from September 21 on to the end of October.)
We are hoping to get away for a very fun and much needed vacation.
If you need any products, please stock up before we leave or after we get back.
If you don't need anything, that is great too!
I will keep you posted incase the dates change; I just want to give everyone enough notice to get what they need.
