That steadiness comes from two decades on the other side of the table: buying, holding, and building property of his own before he ever held a license. Gurwinder brings over twenty years of in-depth tax expertise to every transaction. As a CPA, she began her career as a tax auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency, went on to manage a team at Alberta Finance, and later reviewed a wide range of taxes administered by BC Finance — experience that sharpened her negotiation skills and taught her to read the fine print, spot what others miss, and hold her ground at the table. That same rigor carried into real estate, where she built and managed the same portfolio with John across resale, presale and new construction throughout the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver.
