I know im not the only one who feels like this but i wish it was talked about more. No one really tells you how isolating it is to run a business and raise a family at the same time. Not because people don’t care, but because it’s hard to explain to someone who hasn’t lived it. The mental math of client schedules and school pickups. The guilt of missing a moment because you were fully booked. The pressure to look like you have it all together when some days you’re just holding it together.

I don’t say this for sympathy. I say it because maybe someone else needed to hear it today. Maybe you’ve felt this too and just didn’t know how to say it out loud.
