Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. However, as a courtesy to myself and other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

Cancellations:
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to cancel will result in a 100% charge for the missed appointment.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee of the original service.
Multiple reschedules may lead to a review of our ability to continue servicing you.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in a cancellation fee and a possible rescheduling of your appointment.

Deposits:
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. If the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period, the deposit will be refunded. If not, the deposit may be retained to cover the cost of the missed appointment.

Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
