A little seasonal update from me as we head into one of my favourite times of year for skin treatments. ♡

September availability is getting limited, and I’ll be away throughout parts of October for education and training — which means my appointment availability will be limited then as well. If you’ve been thinking about booking, please plan ahead and secure your appointments early.

BRUISE RECOVERY + CRYOTHERAPY

Bruising doesn’t always have to feel like a waiting game.

Localized cryotherapy can be used to support the body’s natural recovery process following a bruise, helping to temporarily reduce swelling, inflammation and discomfort in the affected area.

As the bruise naturally heals, the body gradually breaks down and clears the blood and fluid responsible for those purple, red and yellow tones.

Two peels. Two completely different pathways. Same goal — healthier skin.

A Green Sea Peel and a chemical peel may both be called “peels,” but they work very differently.

The Green Sea Peel uses marine spicules to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process, while BioRePeel uses carefully selected acids to exfoliate and encourage cellular turnover.

And that difference is exactly why I love having both in my treatment room.

Your skin doesn’t need whatever treatment is trending — it needs the treatment that makes sense for your skin, your barrier, your concerns and your goals.
