👉🏼Also an important thing to note: my cancellation, no show & late policy will be in FULL EFFECT from here on out!
We get it, things happen & sometimes emergencies or an important situation comes up, but 24hrs or more (if possible) notice is required!

📚Our website sends out reminders, however sometimes things happen & they don’t get sent; this is not a valid reason for no showing. When you book the appointment it is your responsibility to have that in your calendar incase for any reason the reminders are not sent! I have always been incredibly lenient on this policy, but for the future it will be implemented📚

📲Messages will be answered by the end of the week but I will be allotting designated time within my schedule to respond to messages! If you do not hear from me PLEASE send a gentle reminder! Sometimes my requests are hidden or in another folder and messaged on so many platforms, things get missed.
