Summer feels healthy. Your collagen is telling a different story.
UV degrades collagen actively all season. The visible result shows up years later.
SPF daily. Medical-grade skincare. Regenerative treatments to stimulate repair.

When aesthetic treatment goes wrong, the most common reason is not a technical error.
It is a misalignment between the goal and the philosophy behind the treatment plan.
A provider focused on adding volume rather than restoring balance produces a different result than one assessing the whole face as a system.
The goal at First Impressions is always a refreshed, supported version of the face that is already there.
If that is not the outcome, the responsibility is the provider’s.

Looking refreshed and looking different are not the same goal.
When aesthetics goes wrong, it is almost always a philosophy problem. A provider focused on adding rather than supporting produces a different result.
At First Impressions, the goal is always a refreshed, supported version of the face that is already there.

Collagen declines. UV causes damage. Tissue loses structural support.
The biology is identical. The treatments work the same way.
Confidence is not gender-specific. Neither is collagen.

No judgment, just a clinical conversation.

RF Microneedling is described as a texture treatment but that is the outcome, not the mechanism.
What it is actually doing: delivering radiofrequency energy into the dermis, triggering a biological repair response that builds new structural collagen over three to six months.

SPF every day. Medical-grade skincare. PRF/PRP. Conservative neuromodulators. No trends. Nothing I cannot reverse.
I have been in practice for decades. I am post-menopausal, in my fifties, and patients comment on my skin mid-appointment without prompting.
Simplicity, consistency, and evidence. That is it.

Your care doesn’t pause, even when parts of our team do.
Between July 27 and August 3, our team will be taking turns on vacation. It’s how we make sure everyone on our team gets the rest they need to keep showing up for you at their best.
During this time, text messaging will be monitored and answered as quickly as possible. Calls, voicemails, and emails will not be actively monitored, but all messages will be returned promptly starting August 4.
Our Bedford location does have a few appointments still open on Wednesday, July 29. If you think you may need an appointment that day, or just before July 27 or right after we’re back on August 3, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find the best fit for your schedule.
Thank you for trusting us with your care, even while we recharge. We’ll be back and ready to serve you starting August 4. Text us anytime, we’ll be there.

Katherine is one of the reasons our clinics feel so welcoming and well run from the moment you reach out.
She supports both locations; greeting clients in person at the front desk in one clinic, and helping clients virtually at the other, so whether you’re checking in, booking, or calling with a question, you’re met with the same calm, professional, kind support.
Katherine, thank you for the care you bring to every interaction and for keeping everything running smoothly across both clinics. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re so grateful to have you on our team. 💙
