PERINATAL CARE
Perinatal care with Mahala is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy designed to support parents and babies throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Treatment focuses on promoting comfort, optimizing pelvic alignment for birth, and supporting recovery for both parent and baby.

How Mahala can support you:

REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
• Improve quality of life for those living with Endometriosis & PCOS
• Support overall body function and alignment
• Assist with scar tissue release
• Promote comfort and mobility

PREGNANCY CARE
• Support comfort throughout pregnancy, including high-risk pregnancies
• Help reduce tension in the pelvic ligaments
• Encourage healthy pelvic mobility in preparation for labour and delivery
• Provide education through doula-informed care and support

POST PARTUM CARE
• Support recovery following childbirth
• Assist with cesarean section scar tissue mobility and healing

INFANT AND CHILD CARE
• Support recovery following birth
• Support infants with torticollis
• Assist with feeding challenges
• Help infants to achieve mobility milestones
• Assist with digestive discomfort

💛 EDUCATION ALERT — ONCOLOGY MASSAGE 💛

Alyssa spent the weekend expanding her knowledge in Oncology Massage, learning how to safely and thoughtfully adapt massage therapy treatments for individuals affected by cancer.

Lisa also attended the course to share her experience working with this population and to answer questions about her training in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®) and Combined Decongestive Therapy.

We’re proud to continue growing our knowledge to provide compassionate, informed care and strengthen cancer support within our community. 💛
