RMH/Sylvan Lake Clients! I am sorry to have to say this, as I’ve tried not to speak ill of anyone in regards to the clinic, but the owner of the clinic I was providing services out of, in RMH has been refusing to refund clients for their purchases of gift certificates for my services AGAIN. She has been refusing to forward them directly to me as well, even though we had a VERBAL agreement allowing her to keep 10% if forwarding directly to myself. She has made it very difficult everytime I try. I have tried to keep this away from you all, but I’ve essentially been working for free. She has withheld thousands of dollars in gift certificates for my services and now cites a “contract” between us. We DO NOT have a contract. We have NEVER had a contract. AGAIN. We have a VERBAL agreement that she will refund you or forward the amount due to me while keeping 10% for herself-my idea even! . It was a struggle to even get my files. She tried to coerce me into saying I would give her money for marketing that I was not a part of, knew about, or had a say in. But you’d think that the 10% I offered her would account for something. Even though the gift certificates were made and paid for by yours truly! But hey, who’s counting all of the extra hours put in doing ads and content and posts and paperwork before during and after said marketing? Not receiving my taxes? Yeah that too. I made my own posts or sent premade posts to the “marketer”. This is negative treatment by her for my leaving due to the extreme stress brought on by verbal abuse I suffered at the hands of another therapist, and even more abuse by way of her allowing it. And my calling it out and walking away. So for that, I apologize to you all. I like to think that anyone would have made the same decision in walking as fast and far away.
For anyone with appointments set, services paid, including bundles, as most treatments require 4-6 sessions, these services WILL be continuing forward. As for those requiring refunds, I do not know what to do anymore. But I just cannot continue to provide services for free (although you paid and deserve to have them), I wish I could! I have tried everything, I am as frustrated as you! I I hope you can all understand. Again, I did NOT want to have to bring attention to this, but I’ve been given no choice. I have had a few choice words with said owner, and am far too frustrated to allow it to continue. Mental Health is more important. I do feel that you all deserve an explanation for you having to suffer due to the bad business decisions of said “owner” (but how can a person be an owner of a business when in consumer proposal for many other BAD business choices?) Anywhooo.
There is NO reason behind it. Nobody deserves this. I hope she comes clean and refunds everyone. I hope she will, in good faith, make things right and not bring anymore negativity to the issue or her business. I don’t care what she tries to do to mine. I’ve got RECEIPTS and my phone has a great “record” option. No I will not post or share those, as my purpose here is not to ruin anyone, but to bring awareness to the TRUTH of the situation. I will remove this post when the situation is rectified!

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! There are so many things that need to be taken into consideration when it comes to your health! Overall heath, body, skin health! Therpists having SPECIFIC medical backgrounds regarding your treatments are necessary always! Certain medications can have adverse reactions! Allergies, and product knowledge! Some modalities/areas of “expertise” arent always what they seem! Please ALWAYS know your therapists background, education, and knowledge of YOUR specific health and/or conditions to avoid unnecessary conflicts in your treatment, adverse reaction, etc!
Starting a new serum, lotion, or entire skin care or hair regimen, don’t stop if your face breaks out a bit.
1; that’s generally normal, it’s working its magic, but not always. Be sure to always ask questions and i form your provider!
2; ask your local Skin Care Therapist for a consult, (they’re free-even if it’s not my skincare line). It can be scary not knowing what to expect. Sometimes things can get worse before better. It’s usually completely normal. If you are concerned, give me a shout!

People can sometimes take an online 1-3 day course, that doesn’t fall in line with their modality, and not knowing if they have have studied anatomy or anatomy of the skin and body, can cause serious injury or harm.
