I’m so happy to relaunch Manna Massage from my new home-based treatment space here in Sylvan Lake.

My approach to massage therapy is thoughtful, personalized and never based on the same fixed routine for every person. Each treatment is guided by what your body needs that day and may include therapeutic massage, acupressure, abdominal and digestive work, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation.

I offer 60-, 90- and 120-minute treatments, with direct billing available for many insurance providers.

Whether you’re looking for relief from pain and tension, support through stress, or simply time to slow down and reconnect with your body, I would be honoured to welcome you into my new space.
