Our mission is to find a meditation practice that avoids the common pitfalls of distraction and drowsiness often encountered in traditional meditation methods. We achieve this through a technique called "One Thought Subdues All Thoughts," where crafting serves as the focal point of meditation. By fully immersing in the act of creating Buddhist art pieces, participants can bring their awareness to the present moment and tune into their internal feedback, thus achieving a state of focused meditation. The creation of these symbolic artworks not only enhances the meditative state but also brings immense spiritual merit.
