My shortened story: I was fortunate enough to be invited to a Young Living home party in March of 2013 and with scepticism attended. The way I looked at it was it certainly can not hurt to give it a try. I was going to be contacting my Dr. to see if I could get in for my ultrasound on my breast because I noticed a pea formation starting on my left breast wall from a benign Phyllodes tumor that I had removed surgically the previous October. Chances of regrowth were 60% and for the first time I was actually worried, as these tumors can become cancerous if regrowth occurs and treatment is likely mastectomy. (please feel free investigate my statement) My thoughts, these oils can not harm, so why not try!! I started with an essential everyday 9 kit and a couple other oils recommended to me by Jodene and I immediately started to notice the benefits in a few short months. I was using Lemon grass and began applying Frankincense topically to both of my breasts. The pea formation diminished as well the scar began to disappear before my eyes (an added side bonus) I thought if this is what is going on to my skin what is going on under. I became very interested and started researching Frankincense, and looking into the possible health benefits of essential oils. In the following months, the grape size cysts in my right breast began to change. Long story short, I have been having mammograms and ultrasounds yearly since I was in my mid 30's. I am so looking forward to my ultrasound next month and actually see if the cysts are gone. I can no longer physically feel them. This is one small story on my journey into oils..............I have seen and witnessed many more stories in these few short months. My family members also have embraced and experienced the oils in beneficial ways as well as many friends I have shared oils with. I personally feel I have to spread the news and share the gifts of these natural oils to others. I would be doing a disservice to my friends if I do not share my discovery. The plant kingdom has been used for health remedies since the beginning and continues to be the subject of enormous amount of research and discovery.
