Ocean Bottom is proud to be Windsor-Essex’s largest tallow-based product store, carrying our own handcrafted tallow line along with our Pearson Weigou collection.

As we get ready to grow into Essex Centre, we’re excited to bring more of our most-loved essentials to the heart of the county.

Talbot will be closed so you will need to park in the municipal lots around the store (next to fire station).

It’s official… Ocean Bottom Soap Company is coming to Essex Centre in the Town of Essex, right in the heart of Windsor-Essex County.

As many of you know, all roads lead to Essex, and we felt this central location would make it easier for more of our customers across the county to access Ocean Bottom. We know getting to our Tecumseh store is not always convenient for everyone, and we hope this new Essex Centre location helps make shopping with us a little easier.

This new location will be an Ocean Bottom Essentials store.

It will not be a full duplicate of our Tecumseh location, but it will carry many of our most popular products, serve as a convenient pickup location, and support our growing production and storage needs as Ocean Bottom continues to expand.

Every Ocean Bottom product is made by hand, locally, with care, quality ingredients, and professional standards in a clean environment. As we continue to grow, we knew we needed more space to support that process — and we thought, why not create a storefront at the same time?

This gives us the best of both worlds: a central Windsor-Essex location, more room to support production, and a new way for customers to shop some of their Ocean Bottom favourites.

We also have a few exciting new things planned for this location that will not be available at our Tecumseh store… but we’ll save those details for another day. 👀

You answered, we listened, and we are so excited to share that a second Ocean Bottom location is officially on the way.

We’ll be sharing more details very soon, but for now, we just want to say thank you. Your support, visits, online orders, kind words, and love for local are what made this next step possible.

Our Salty Lime Exfoliating Natural Bar Soap was chosen by customers as the winner of the 2026 Ocean Bottom Online Soap Poll, and it’s finally here for summer.

Fresh lime, lemon, and spearmint essential oils give this bar a bright, clean, energizing scent, while Dead Sea salt and finely ground pumice stone gently exfoliate to leave skin feeling smooth, polished, and refreshed.
