The look Gandalf gives you when you have to say goodbye to him 😢

He interacted well with the other dogs at our adoption event but has not had the opportunity to actually play with them quite yet. He has also never been tested with cats yet.

Interested in meeting Gandalf? Send us a message today!

Got 30 minutes and a pair of walking shoes? Our shelter dogs would love to meet you. 🐾
Life inside shelter walls can be pretty boring for dogs. The same kennel, the same view, the same routine. What they really crave is fresh air, new smells, and a little time with a human who’s happy to see them.
Even a short walk can make a huge difference. It gives our dogs exercise, reduces stress, and helps them learn good leash manners so they’re even more ready for their future homes. And honestly… it’s pretty great for humans too.
No long-term commitment required—just some time, kindness, and a willingness to get a little fur on your clothes.
If you’d like to spend some time making a dog’s day a whole lot brighter, we’d love to have you on our volunteer team.
Come walk with us. The dogs are waiting. 🐶
