While fully understanding that these will never be exact but a general ability to get a visual understanding. It's amazing what technology can do and how it can help better understand your body and make appropriate choices for your health.

As most people know we had not 1 but 2 graduations this week!! I want to thank everyone who showed their love and support for our boys!! ❤️ We're super proud of them and excited for what's to come!! An absolutely massive shout out to Hickory Lane BBQ for catering the dinner if you haven't seen them around check out their socials and make a point of stopping at any of their pop ups cause OMG guys this was the absolute best BBQ. I can't even race about this enough!! And as always a big thank you to Mama J's eats and treats for supplying the cake and treats, check out her food truck that's at the Canada day party at Battle of Beaverdams park this week!! I wish I had gotten a pic of the cake pre kids getting into it but if the after pic doesn't show their thoughts I don't know what would lol
