Though we understand emergencies come up, we are unfortunately going to start enforcing a 24/h notice cancellation policy. This is in place due to the high volume of clients cancelling last min.

• Advance Notice: Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Fees for Late Cancellations: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied.

• Exceptions: Some emergencies may allow for exceptions, we know emergencies happen and we will be understanding in such situations.
