To all the nurses out there — Happy Nurses Week 💙

Nursing has shaped so much of who I am.
It taught me resilience, compassion, critical thinking, and how to show up for people during some of their hardest moments.

Even now, as a business owner and mom, I carry those lessons with me every single day.

Whether I’m helping a client build healthier habits, creating products through Superior Bakes, supporting families through nutrition at Superior Nutrition, or balancing life with two busy boys — the heart of nursing is still there.

This week, I’m especially grateful for the nurses who continue to care for others while often putting themselves last. The long shifts, emotional load, missed meals, teamwork, adaptability, and dedication don’t go unnoticed.

And to the nurses building businesses, raising families, chasing dreams, and reinventing themselves outside the hospital too!

Healthcare needs compassionate nurses.
The world also needs healthy, fulfilled women who know they can build something meaningful beyond their job title too.
