Good afternoon.

Just a reminder: Clients are responsible for remembering their appointments even if reminders fail.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 8 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. You can reach me by text, phone, or leave a voicemail to let me know you’re canceling your appointment.

Clients who provide less than 8 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a late notice fee per the following schedule:

Missed Appointments:
50% fee of the appointment missed will be charged for any missed appointment, if no notice was given to reschedule or cancel the appointment. This must be paid within 7 days, or before your next appointment, whichever is sooner.

Late Notice (less than 8hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment):

First late notice:
A warning will be given for the appointment rescheduled or canceled within the late notice period.

Second (and beyond) late notice:
25% fee of the appointment rescheduled or canceled within the late notice period will be charged.
This must be paid within 7 days, or before your next appointment, whichever is sooner.

Late arrival (Arrival after 5-10mins into your appointment):

There will be a $5 fee for showing up 5-10 mins into your appointment with the continuation of your service.

Late arrival (Arrival after 10+ mins into your appointment) :
If you show up 10+ mins after your scheduled appointment there will either be a $10 fee with continued service (time restricted on extras) or a $15 fee and a reschedule of your appointment at my earliest convenience. Please understand your time here is valuable and everyone is scheduled in a specific time slot for a reason.

I reserve the right to waive the late notice fees given extenuating circumstances, like inclement weather, emergencies at work or at home, sickness, COVID-19 exposure or quarantine, etc. If unforeseen circumstances come up preventing you from attending your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible!

If you are able to fill your appointment time by giving your appointment to someone else, I will not charge you the late notice fee. Let me know if you will be sending someone else in your place, and I will waive the fee.

At my discretion clients who continue to no show or show up late will be required to pay appointment fees on booking.
