Academy Hairstop is excited to introduce Mario Puzzella, who is joining our team . Mario is formally from Golden Scissors salon. Mario’s hours will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Feel free to call the salon at 807-344-1551 and schedule an appointment with Mario.

It's that time again! ☺️ Today the Ontario Government announced that we are able to open as of June 30th. PLEASE NOTE.... we will remain CLOSED until MONDAY JULY 5TH, We will be accepting calls for bookings however, on Friday, July 2nd from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Further to our recent post, it is unfortunate that we have to announce that we will not be available for intake calls for bookings on the dates provided, which were April 7th, 8th and 9th. Pursuant to the recent announcement today by our Provincial Government, we are required to keep salon closed and, not re-open on the said date of April 12th. We will continue to keep you posted when we are approved to reopen. We apologize for the inconvenience, we miss our clients and your smiling faces. Please stay safe and healthy, and we will see you as soon as we can.

As you may know, our business has been allowed to re-open safely and effectively on Monday, April 12, 2021. We will be accepting calls for booking appointments on April 7, 8th and 9th between the hours of 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Please be patient with us as we work to get everyone on the schedule and accommodate you all. Thank you everyone and stay safe!

We are excited to announce that Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 we will be up and running! Please call on Tuesday to schedule your appointments. We are all excited to see you all again !! See you soon!

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to our customers during the past couple of months. We wish you all a Happy Holiday season and a prosperous new year. In accordance with the Ontario regulations of the government wide shut down, we will be closed effective immediately and tentatively will reopen January 11th, 2021. We will continue to keep our customers posted with constant updates with any new information of the Ontario government regulations.

As our business was closed for the safety of our clients and staff, Academy Hair Stop would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our valued clients for their patience and understanding during this pandemic. We have been reaching out to as many clients as we possibly can. Unfortunately, we have not been able to contact everyone. To those clients who have not been contacted, we deeply apologize. Please feel free to contact us at your earliest opportunity, and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. Thank you 😊

**UPDATE**
* All clients will be asked to bring their own mask when attending their appointment. If you do not have a mask, they will be available for purchase for a small fee.

As our salon will be opening on Friday, June 12th for business, we want to ensure the utmost safety of our clients. We have therefore, implemented salon safety guidelines.

SALON SAFETY:
* Our salon is well stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaning supplies;

* We will require clients and stylists to sanitize hands before beginning any service;

* We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, high-touch surfaces, towels, capes and products are disinfected on a regular basis;

* Employees who show flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home until they are symptom free;

SICK POLICY:
* We will not be accepting sick clients;

* If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date.
