RESTORATIVE RITUALS
Supporting Lymphatic Flow & Healthy Circulation

Castor Oil Packs • Dry Brushing • Infrared Therapy

DRY BRUSHING
Uses gentle, sweeping strokes to stimulate the skin, support circulation and encourage lymphatic movement.

CASTOR OIL PACKS
Castor oil is naturally rich in ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid studied for its anti-inflammatory properties. A castor oil pack can complement practices focused on healthy circulation and supporting the body’s natural elimination and detoxification pathways.

INFRARED SAUNA THERAPY
Infrared heat gently warms the body, helping increase circulation and blood flow. Improved circulation helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues, while the warmth supports muscle relaxation, recovery and deep rest.

As the seasons change, so does our rhythm.

Autumn invites us to soften the pace, turn inward and let go of what is no longer needed — creating space for deeper rest, recovery and renewal.
