- unfortunately as we all know the cost of EVERYTHING has sky rocketed. With that said there will be a few minor price increases on some full sets and fills please check prior to your next appointment.
- The summer is extremely busy for any lash tech as all my ladies want to have the perfect lashes. With that being said if you come with anything less then 40% lashes left I will be charging your fill to 80-100$ depending how much is missing. Please be honest while booking, As it should be a full set. If this happens again I will have to cancel your next appt for a full removal and full set. I usually am quite lenient ( nearly doing full set fills in an hour due to missed appts or not booking accordingly and having to rush my work , and not charging extra for the extra supplies used )but with the cost of everything I have no choice but to buckle down a little harder.
- I will no longer be booking appointments through txt or messenger, I have the app with all my availability and prices so that you can book at YOUR Convenience. If you forget to book you will have to book the following week which may result in a full set or increased fill charge. If I do by chance answer and make arrangements it will be your responsibility to go immediately after and book in the app. There has been many occasions of miscommunication and I have had multiple people message me at the same time and I forget to go put it in the app and I over book or double book. Again I am only human and have a very busy life outside of lashing and mistakes can happen. I am a mom of two young children and a wife and wear many many hats so please be patient with me if these things occur. Rare but it happens and I feel very terrible about so it so I will no longer be booking for you it is your responsibility to ensure that you book accordingly to have all your appointments lined up.
- There will be no more pre paying other than deposits or if communicated with me directly and it will be marked down immediately. Payments get missed, forgotten and mixed up. I do not want to have to ask for payments. You are to pay as soon as the service is over and before you leave my home.
